Disposable cold compress bag. Suitable for first aid situations; for preventing swelling, slowing bleeding, and relieving pain. For external use only.

Instructions for use:

Place the cold compress bag on a table or other flat surface and press it with both hands until the liquid pouch inside breaks.
Then shake the bag vigorously. Thanks to the chemical reaction, the bag cools down immediately.
Wrap the cold compress bag in a cloth, towel, or similar and place it on the sore area.
The cold compress should be used for a maximum of 20 minutes.
