FCA First Aid Course 4 h® online training

You can complete the Finnish Red Cross First Aid online course whenever it suits you. The course is an official Finnish Red Cross course. On the course, you will learn the most important theories of life-saving first aid. You can complete the course at once or in parts – you decide!

The Finnish Red Cross Emergency First Aid 4 h^® online course is an interactive package of theory, multiple-choice questions, animations, videos, and independently performed first aid exercises. You can complete the online course at your own pace, take breaks, and continue where you left off. You log in to the training using your personal code; the code is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and 6 months from the start of the training. You can complete the online course without prior first aid training.

The course covers the following topics:

• Actions in an emergency
• Recognizing and providing first aid to an unconscious person
• Adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
• Using a defibrillator
• First aid for a choking person
• Stopping severe bleeding from a limb
• First aid for circulatory shock
• First aid for common medical emergencies
• First aid for wounds and burns, and electric shock
• Accident prevention

The Emergency First Aid course also functions as a refresher course for first aid (4 h), with which you can once update a valid Finnish Red Cross First Aid Course EA 1^® or Finnish Red Cross First Aid Course EA 2^® qualification for three years.

When you order the course, you will receive a code and instructions for completing the course electronically. When ordering the course, you can choose whether you want an electronic or physical certificate of completion. The physical certificate will be delivered to your home address.
